Marsh Ramshorn
Found on the beach. Appeared to have been removed from the water by a bird. Turkeys were seen foraging along the water's edge, but do they consumed snails? It was found dropped on the sand.

Winged and Once-winged Insects
Host: canyon live oak
Is this a gall on the leaf? Looks like an erineum pocket, but maybe it's something else?

Animals
Track in mud near drying puddle in riverbed about a week after a large rain. This track is long and winding, looks like a tunnel to me? About 1cm wide.

Insects
Tracks found in mud along drying puddle after recent rain. I'd guess they were made by an insect. I didn't measure them, but a rough estimate might be determined by looking at the adjacent grass.

Coyote Brush Stem Gall Moth
Could this one be the rust instead of the moth?

Trox
Trox tracks in second photo. We watched the Trox make these tracks — visible about 1cm above the 2-4cm marks on the ruler.

Insects
Scyphophorus damage?

Vertebrates
The pile of wet feathers would indicate that something caught a bird and ate it while sitting on top of this log.
Maybe a bobcat? Or, maybe a bigger bird?
Must be a popular spot for feeding as it looks like a squirrel also tore up a cone to get the seeds while sitting here: https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/67688461
